I provide coaching or training and tools for those who are new to programme management roles in the public sector, equipping them with what they need to become awesome programme managers.
An excellent programme manager not only needs to have a good understanding of how to organise, manage and monitor programmes and align these with the organisation’s mission and goals, but they also need to develop effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills in order to command respect, credibility and create a sense of community among members delivering towards the programme’s outcomes.
