Antonia is passionate about supporting leaders and their teams bring out the best in their people, and helps them discover ways in which they can work better better and produce better results.  She uses creative and innovative methods as part of her one-on-one coaching and team facilitation.  

Antonia helps individuals and teams to:

  • Appreciate their true potential and contribution they make
  • Learn how to apply and direct their strengths in work and life, or around particular challenges and opportunities.

Antonia's strengths lie in bringing energy and inspiration to groups of people and supporting them in finding a common language in the way they apply themselves to 'mahi-tahi', or working better together.  She has an excellent understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing leaders in the public sector, and comes with a strategic lens and an inquisitive questioning style that helps open up mindsets and challenge status quos.


15 years public sector experience
