Coaching and Facilitation

Ignite your potential. Grow awareness of your own strengths and those of others you work with.

Coaching philosophy: a unique blend

Antonia’s coaching approach is distinctively crafted to unlock your natural talent through two powerful methodologies:

Strengths-Based Coaching – using the CliftonStrengths® tool:

Discover your unique talents. We’ll dive deep into your strengths, boost self-awareness, and strategically apply these insights across your personal and professional life. Along the way, you’ll identify and navigate potential blind spots and how to best manage these.

You can read more about strengths-based approaches here.

Non-Directive Coaching – a thought-provoking and creative process:

Antonia’s coaching is rooted in ICF (International Coaching Federation) philosophies and is fundamentally about empowering and inspiring you to maximise your personal and professional potential. Every individual is “creative, resourceful, and whole” (Whitworth et al, 1998).

You are the expert of your own experience and Antonia’s role as your coach is to ask you powerful questions, strengthen your thinking muscles, challenge perspectives, and support you in generating insights and meaningful solutions.

What is coaching?

The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership. We all have goals we want to reach, challenges we’re striving to overcome and times when we feel stuck. Partnering with a coach can change your life, setting you on a path to greater personal and professional fulfilment.

Coaching can be either via one-on-one sessions or in one-to-many setting (i.e. team coaching). Team coaching is one of the fastest growing disciplines in the coaching profession.

Getting started

Working with me is a straightforward process, as easy as one, two, three!

Step 1

Book a 30 minute consultation to find out more about how I can best support you, how much it costs, and if I am the ‘right fit’ coach for you.

Step 2

We will discuss the number of coaching sessions you need, over what time period, your budget and what frequency you would like to meet for coaching and whether we meet in-person or virtually depending on where you are located.

Step 3

The fun begins! After each coaching session, I will leave you with some useful tools that you can explore as ‘homework’ to do in between our sessions together.

You are welcome to contact me as much as you like via email in between our coaching sessions together, to check-in, share your progress, or ask any questions.

Step 4

You are a more empowered you, equipped with discoveries in deepening your self-awareness, have overcome some challenges, sought out opportunities and have a bunch of tools that you can use to continue on with your strengths journey.
