  • Full 34 CliftonStrengths online assessment 
  • Unlimited email coaching over the coaching period
  • A personalised strengths 'power pack' especially unique to you.  
  • Tailored worksheets, which you can work on by yourself in between our sessions together.

I can also offer one-off private coaching sessions for those who want to 'try me out' before purchasing one of my packages, or simply have an introduction to strengths-based development, how it works and relates to individual or team engagement, performance and productivity.

As well as facilitating team workshops in understanding and building their strengths, I work one-on-one with managers before and after each team workshop.  Teams gain an understanding of and appreciation of their team's collective strengths, potential talent gaps, and vulnerabilities.  

An example of a team coaching package includes:

  • Full 34 CliftonStrengths online assessment for each individual in the team
  • Personalised coaching for the manager before and after workshop, and an all-of-team strengths profile 
  • Personalised strengths 'power packs' for each individual in the team, unique to them and their strengths.

A strengths-based team is a group of imperfect but talented contributors who are valued for their strengths and who need one another to realise individual and team excellence.  

When teams are able to use a common language of strengths, it immediately changes their conversations.  It creates more positive dialogue, and it boosts the team's overall engagement and performance.
