As a Gallup Strength Coach, Antonia helps us focus our attention on finding the good in us. I did a strengths training session as part of my team development exercise recently and this has set me thinking about how to stay in touch with my core skills set. Through Antonia's session, our team discovered individual strengths and how to use that to play to the team goals. I am intrigued to continue and definitely recommend doing a session with Antonia.

Antonia facilitated a two and a half day workshop for our Executive team in April 2024. This was a newly formed team so learning more about each other’s strengths and those of the combined team were key objectives. Equally we required a skilled facilitator to help us work through our strategic priorities and high level planning. Antonia brought her A Game. She designed a workshop outline with us prior and then faciltiated with a highly challenging and diverse group of people to some very good outcomes. Her ability to adapt, link discussion points and involve all the people in the room was excellent. She knew when to step in and when to let us get on with things without being too prescriptive. Her personal warmth and professionalism where evident throughout and made the workshop a great success.
