What a great book! It has redefined what I need to do as a leader and how to build teams over time through meetings. Meetings, formal and informal are the glue for our teams. Antonia shows us how to manage that interaction to build a great team and really make the difference for the people in it and then the organisation. The rhythms section helped me understand how I need to manage the flow of what my team does over time. I’d recommend this book to any leader, change practitioner or facilitator of meetings – if you’re new to it or a seasoned practitioner. I’ve been leading teams for many years and this book is like a breath of fresh air. I soaked up everything in it and it will define how I take my team forward to meet the challenges of the next few years.
